I, the undersigned person, recognize the operation and/or riding as a passenger of off-highway vehicles has inherent risks of personal injury, injury to others, and property damage. I agree to assume all risks associated with my operation and/or riding as a passenger of off-highway vehicles. If I and/or my passenger(s) are injured or involved in an accident where others are injured or property is damaged, I will not hold responsible Iron County, the State of Utah, the Utah Division of Parks and Recreation, US Forestry, Fire and State Lands, School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration, their agents, employees, associates or volunteers (collectively referred to as “The Iron County Fairgrounds”). I hereby release The Iron County Fairgrounds from any liability, claims, demands, negligence, actions or omissions and attorney’s fees and waive all rights against or claims against he Iron County Fairgrounds in conjunction with this event. In the event any legal action is brought against The Iron County Fairgrounds, its subdivisions, officers, employees or agents in conjunction with my operation and/or riding as a passenger of an off-highway vehicle, I agree to indemnify The Iron County Fairgrounds, its subdivisions, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability which arises as the result of such actions. This includes, but is not limited to, monetary damages.
RESPECT PRIVATE PROPERTY - PARTICIPANTS SHOULD RIDE ONLY IN THE DESIGNATED ROUTE, AVOID CUT THROUGHS, RESPECT PRIVATE PROPERTY BOUNDARIES, COMPLY WITH ALL POSTED SIGNS, NOT EXPLORE ON PRIVATE PROPERTY, AND UTILIZE THE PORTABLE RESTROOMS AND GARBAGE CANS.
